Queen of Ruin Paula Dombrowsiak
Many of the things I feel would get me in trouble with the algorithym police.
Ducking Stupendous. Staggered. Darren and Evangelista move forward together in this installment of the Kingmaker trilogy (book 2), and change hits both of them. Hard.
The story picks up at the devastating end of book 1 and you are waltzed thru the high society of D.C. that Eva faces, while Darren prepares to finally do some adulting!
I love how we see the evolution between them and the spice (always delicious!) and Eva's movements as she tries to learn while protecting Darren and arguably the most difficult choice she ever has to make.
This kept me on the edge, I could not read it fast enough and am craving the third installment next month.
You need to start with one, this CANNOT BE READ SEPARATELY.
Don't miss this this.

Catchers Interference CR Riley
Oh, holy book 5!
Ash is amazing, I think I want to be her when I grow up, mostly. She's got family drama, I could pass on that. Flint, well, our catcher is looking at retirement in a few years and trying to things out with his life...he makes one heck of a book boyfriend.
The everything about this book was wonderful. The correct balance of fantastic characters, drama, the plot is fantastic and the saucy times are spicy!
I don't want to give details, but, Flint is my favorite Matthews! I love how they move together to help each other become who they should. Ash needs a push beyond her immediate issues and things that she's ignoring and denying even to herself.
Together, they create a beautiful HEA.
Congratulations, @crriley
